Getting started
You may have decided to seek help, or you might not be sure. Either way, I would be happy to hear from you, and I may be able to answer questions you might have.
To reach me,
you can email me at psychotherapyspace.nz@gmail.com
or text or call me on 027-493-4102
or use the contact form.
When you first get in touch, you may want to provide details about your situation, or you may not. Either is fine.
If you decide that you would like to arrange an initial session, we'll book a time.
At the first meeting, you'll tell me what brings you, and what you'd like help with. If you find it difficult to explain, I'll help by asking questions. I'll check with you as we go, to make sure I've understood.
Toward the end of the session, we'll talk about how we might work together, so you can decide if you'd like to do that.
Psychotherapy normally involves weekly sessions, and we would find a regular time that works for both of us.
