Welcome

If you feel anxious, depressed,
overwhelmed, or lost,
or if you're not sure what's wrong,
psychotherapy creates space
to speak, to be heard,
and to know yourself;
and things get better.

You may have come to this site because you are finding it hard to solve problems or make decisions in your relationships, your work, or other areas of your life.

Maybe something significant has changed and you are struggling to deal with it;  or maybe something needs to change and you wonder if it can.

Psychotherapy creates a space in which new ways of being and relating become possible.  It can be brief and focused; or it can go wider and deeper, and we would work with more long-standing issues and patterns that have limited your freedom to choose, to connect with others, and to live fully.

I'm Cathy Langley, a registered psychotherapist.  I work with couples and individuals on issues such as depression, anxiety, relationships, conflict, loss, and workplace stress;  on responses to illness and aging;  and on challenges of life transition, career development, and personal growth.

You can reach me by email (psychotherapyspace.nz@gmail.com), by phone or text on 027-493-4102, or by using the contact form.

Welcome.
